This course is a special group of cooks who spend Wednesdays learning knife skills, cooking basics, ingredient knowledge, and kitchen wisdom. The series price includes several extras, such as professional knife sharpening, an embroidered class apron with your name, a class binder with recipes and handouts, and wine tasting and education.
$1700 per person; can be divided into four payments and paid via invoice or Venmo.
