Cooking class instruction will include how to select the best fish, what type of fish to avoid, tried-and-true fish recipes and my favorite sauces.
We will meet for class on Zoom, with extra time allotted for questions.
All class recordings will be shared via email. Class recordings and recipes will also be saved on an online class page which you can access again and again!
